1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
2. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
3. Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
4. Hire food service staff
5. Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
6. Prepare budget and cost estimates
7. Address customer complaints or concerns
8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
9. Prepare and submit reports
10. Establish work schedules
