Job summary
A national mortgage provider is seeking an experienced underwriter to process and approve mortgage applications. This role requires building strong relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have 3-5 years of underwriting experience and exceptional communication skills. A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications. This role is based in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years underwriting and documentation experience.
- Knowledge of real estate and land title systems preferred.
- Ability to understand financial statements.
