Overview

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Project Manager will lead, coordinate, and support the Medication Management Transformation project. Utilizing best practices in project and change management, the Project Manager will drive the implementation of innovative technologies and processes across the entire medication management lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, as well as Clinical, Operational, and Physician Leaders throughout the organization.
