As Senior Manager, ESG Programs you will support the implementation of the Rogers Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy and reporting, and project manage ESG programs. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help set long-term goals and project plans while also delivering high impact that advances our corporate reputation today. This role will report into the Director, ESG & Corporate Responsibility.
This role is anchored in ESG reporting, with a meaningful portfolio of community investment programming. Seeking a candidate that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy working environment with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Our ideal candidate will bring experience in reporting, strategy, love of data, program delivery, and project and relationship management.
