A growing construction team is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative project support for work in the Caledon area, based out of their Waterloo office. This role is best suited for someone who excels in organization and project documentation rather than on-site fieldwork.
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and tracking logs
Support Project Managers with schedules, reports, and subcontractor coordination
Assist with permits, contracts, and billing documentation
Maintain organized project files and ensure timely communication with all project stakeholders
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator within ICI or residential construction
Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills
Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience is an asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
