Job summary

A leading global sports company in Vaughan, Canada is seeking a Head of Distribution Center Operations to oversee and optimize a large-scale operation. You will have full accountability for building a best-in-class distribution network in China, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in distribution management, at least 3 years in a leadership role, along with proficiency in both Mandarin and English. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to lead a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse/distribution center management.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role in a large-scale distribution facility.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all warehousing processes and systems.
  • Own the DC P&L, budgeting, and financial targets.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing management team.
