We’re searching for a Project Manager with 2+ years in a PM role in an agency environment with a focus on pharma advertising as this role aligns toa leading BioPharma Client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT).
The Project Manager will have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with agency partner leads within a Production environment, the project manager will help lead project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of projects; banners, social ads, website, emails, and print materials. The project manager will focus on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.
2-3 years of experience working as a project manager in an agency environment with a focus on managingdigital and/or traditional advertising projects (Pharma advertising is nice to have but must have agency experience)
Financially competent with a demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects within deadlines and against budgets.
Solid understanding of processes and agency functions.
Knowledge of project, task and knowledge management tools, ie. MS Project/Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence.
Enthusiastic participant in the digital / interactive space, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
