• Ensure compliance with and proper application of project management processes according to the Agile method.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical activities and risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Lead steering committees and coordinate all stakeholders (business lines, IT, suppliers, partners).
• Build, maintain, and optimize multi-level schedules (macro and detailed) using PPM tools (Planisware, MS Project, etc.).
• Build budgets, track variances, and calculate earned value (Earned Value Management) when required.
• Coordinate business and technical activities within a highly demanding industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ensure consistency of activities and good cohesion between project teams.

• Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, on the business side.
• Previous experience in the space sector is essential.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Product Owner/Product Manager certification (SAFe Framework) required.
• Good understanding of issues related to IAM (Identity & Access Management).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Planisware, MS Project, Excel, ERP).
