ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Calgary, AB. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing curtain wall projects, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as coordinating with vendors, contractors, architects, and clients. The Project Manager will also develop and maintain project budgets, conduct inspections, manage logistics, and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Education, Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in stick curtain wall, unitized and window wall.
• Experience in understanding drawings, and specifications with strong glazing experience.
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in inspection and quality control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously valuing from $100K – $30 million.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
