About the Job:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team at simplicitySPACE, and we are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager who shares our commitment to excellence. Your role will be integral in helping us achieve new heights in our projects, both residential and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in client meetings at all stages of project development.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities and Quotations under the guidance of the Director.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders on-site.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including quotations, documents, and invoices.
  • Actively engage in supplier and subcontractor procurement.
  • Attend both on-site and office meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure stringent quality control and workmanship standards among subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide advisory support on invoicing, billing, payment collection, variation order settlements, and project account closure.
  • Expand the pool of reliable subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Adhere to safety standards, policies, and SOPs provided by management.
  • Be available for on-call duty as needed.
  • Be open to night work when project requirements dictate.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage a minimum of two projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and duty.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project evaluation skills.
  • Outstanding supervision, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in executing orders and adhering to SOPs.
  • Familiarity with local submissions, regulations, codes, and standards.
