The SEO Specialist will implement and manage advanced SEO strategies to increase traffic, customer engagement, and ROI, while delivering value to our partners.

Summary : As our next SEO expert, you will :

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO audits, monitor implementation, and ensure growth of managed websites.
• Implement changes on websites, documents, or within the client's CMS.
• Understand the technical structure of clients' sites and provide recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis.
• Perform analytics and develop strategies based on data insights.
• Prepare, customize, and deliver on-site training to partners and clients in the Montreal area.
• Support continuous improvement of company processes.
• Monitor industry trends.
• Contribute to research and development activities, including tools and AI platforms.
• Ensure quality control.
• Participate in creative sessions and team-building activities.

Skills & Experience :

• Experience in coding, software development, or integration.
• Advanced SEO knowledge with demonstrable results.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics / Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Analytical, resourceful, creative, with the ability to work across multiple fields.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Drive Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

Assets :

• Certifications in Google Analytics or social media.
• Experience in web marketing or technology fields.
• Client management or self-employment experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages.
• Experience with CMS platforms like SiteImprove.
• Passion for web and new technologies.
