The CFO is responsible for the overall financial vision of the company and acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors. In addition to overseeing financial management, treasury, fundraising, mergers/acquisitions and investor relations, the CFO plays a key role in the company’s strategic direction, value creation and growth, particularly in the context of financing, transformation or major transactions.

  • Lead merger, acquisition or divestment (M&A) projects, including due diligence and transaction structuring
  • Influence Executive Committee decisions by providing a strategic financial perspective
  • Assess organizational risks and implement a global mitigation strategy
  • Steer the company’s valuation and actively participate in medium/long-term value creation
  • Supervise the Finance Director and the accounting, tax, treasury and management control teams, treasury and management control teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and compliance with governance obligations
  • Actively participate in operational, technological and organizational transformation decisions
  • Oversee financial communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • CPA, MBA or equivalent (strategic finance, M&A, advanced tax)
  • Minimum 15 to 20 years’ experience, including experience in fundraising, M&A, or IPO
  • Solid experience in financial strategy, value creation and company growth
  • Proven ability to dialogue with investors, financial institutions or investment funds
  • Excellent strategic communication skills, rigor, diplomacy and business vision
  • Experience in fast-growing or transforming environments (ideally in digital or technology)
