Job summary
A property management company is seeking a full-time employee to evaluate and organize operations of facilities. The role involves frequent travel and managing various responsibilities including maintenance, leasing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Office. Salary ranges from $44.12 to $45.13 per hour.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Willing to travel regularly.
- Experience in operations and property management is needed.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan operations of facilities and real estate.
- Prepare reports related to areas of responsibility.
- Direct maintenance and repair of machinery and systems.
- Oversee leasing and marketing strategies.
- Provide customer service and resolve product/service issues.
