Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment.
  • Previous experience leading engineers or technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (stamping, welding, automation, or similar).
  • Support product development and production programs.
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time permanent role
Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering teams, including engineers and technical leads
  • Provide direction across product development, manufacturing launch, and production support
  • Ensure engineering deliverables align with quality, cost, timing, and customer requirements
  • Support program planning, execution, and engineering reviews
  • Allocate and manage engineering resources to support multiple programs
  • Drive structured problem solving and corrective actions using recognized methodologies
  • Monitor engineering KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, and performance
  • Support customer and supplier technical discussions as required
  • Contribute to engineering input for new program quotations and changes
  • Promote continuous improvement across engineering processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment
  • Previous experience leading engineers or technical teams
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (stamping, welding, automation, or similar)
  • Experience supporting product development and production programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with engineering and product lifecycle management tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities
