As a Project Coordinator at ITC Construction, you will support the project team in planning, organizing, and overseeing various aspects of construction projects from initial planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, monitor project budgets, and facilitate communication among all stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in tendering, negotiating, and preparing trade contracts and purchase agreements as delegated by the Project Manager.
  • Monitor and process plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other submittals in accordance with Standard Procedure for Scheduling and Submittal Control and Standard Procedure for Shop Drawing and Document Control.
  • Review, action, and respond to daily project correspondence and complete project issues from incoming communications through to filing of completed items.
  • Log, log, and distribute drawings, specifications, shop drawings, color schedules, contemplated change orders, change orders, site instructions, consultant reports, concrete tests and material tests, inspection reports and RFIs in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Insert site instructions issued by the Design Authority into the Issued for Construction Drawings.
  • Secure pricing, issue purchase orders, and enter purchase order information for all required materials in accordance with ITC Standard Procedure for Purchase Orders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction, preferably on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and project management software (e.g., Procore, SharePoint).
  • Ability to handle complex documentation and maintain accuracy in project tracking.
