A medical technology company is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive growth in leads and pipelines. This remote role requires over 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage email nurture programs effectively. The salary range is between 93,000 and 112,000 CAD, with benefits starting from day one.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive growth in leads and pipelines across our Enterprise and Inside Sales channels. This role owns the full-funnel demand generation strategy from campaign concept to qualified opportunity, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to deliver measurable, repeatable, and scalable results.
You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and convert prospects through multi-channel campaigns and targeted email nurtures that drive business growth. While the broader team supports technical campaign execution, automation, and bidding, this position is responsible for campaign strategy, messaging, creative development, and funnel optimization to ensure every initiative contributes directly to pipeline performance.
This role is fully remote and open to applicants anywhere in Canada. The salary range is between 93,000 and 112,000 CAD.
