Human Resources Business Partner (1-Year Maternity Leave)

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated capability in navigating complex employee relations and organizational change
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of provincial labour and employment statutes
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases; Workday preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• CHRP designation is an asset
  
  

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both office and field-based interactions. Flexibility to travel to various sites may be required to support business needs.
