A growing technology firm is seeking an HR Manager to lead and evolve HR operations across Canada. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, support people managers in HR practices, and drive performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of Canadian legislation. This hybrid role based in Toronto offers an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment focused on operational excellence and a people-first approach.
As our HR Manager, you will be the strategic and operational backbone of our People function in Canada. You will own and evolve all core HR operations, ensure full compliance with Canadian employment legislation, and act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers across the business. Your mandate is simple but critical: build strong, compliant, and scalable people practices that support a high-growth technology organization.

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Univeris. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
