A leading rail infrastructure company in Canada is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. In this full-time role, you will align business objectives with employees, manage the recruitment cycle, and provide strategic HR partnership. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of HR experience, with expertise in employment law and union environments. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in HRIS are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a business partner or advisory role.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is MUST.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Support performance review processes and run the year Performance Appraisal Program.
