Job summary
A leading financial services firm is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for their Montreal office. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in HR and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle, managing employee relations, and partnering with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. A hybrid work setup is offered, combining remote work with office attendance.
