• 2+ years delivering with variety of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong relationship skills, with demonstrated experience with cross-functional teams.

• Guide and coach HR and business leaders to refine delivery across Talent Strategy.
• Lead and coach scrum masters to align on cadence and delivery objectives.
• Design and refine tracking operational reports for reporting progress.
