Job summary
A leading moving and logistics company in Toronto is seeking an HR Manager to oversee daily operations and manage recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR. Responsibilities include directing HR functions, training staff, and liaising with management. This full-time position requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial or HR role is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Assign projects related to employment and employee relations.
- Direct and control daily operations of the HR department.
- Plan and implement recruitment and training strategies.
- Negotiate collective agreements with unions.
