A healthcare institution in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide consultative support to hospital management and oversee HR policies, practices, and related matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, have experience with HR systems, and be detail-oriented. Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
