We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join our growing global organization. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will align HR strategies with business objectives while managing day‑to‑day HR operations with precision, speed, and a strong customer‑service mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and retain top‑tier talent.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning and succession strategies aligned with long‑term business goals.
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs and streamline hiring processes for efficiency and impact.
Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Coach managers and senior leaders on performance evaluations, career development, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead talent assessment initiatives to support data‑driven decisions around development, promotions, and succession.
  • Drive performance management programs that foster continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Champion initiatives that build an inclusive, high‑performance culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Support recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce company values.
Employee Relations
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment through proactive issue resolution.
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring policies and programs align with business priorities.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment laws, staying ahead of emerging trends and risks.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification is an asset).
  • 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with both Canadian and US Employment Laws.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and inspire teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • High integrity, strong moral character, and a passion for creating positive impact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience using data to inform HR decisions is a plus.
