Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
Assist users with platform-related questions, account management, and job search strategies
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
Work closely with internal teams to resolve user issues and improve the platform
Provide information about freelancing best practices and job market trends
Collect user feedback to enhance service quality and user experience
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and features
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Experience in customer support, preferably in online platforms or the freelancing sector
