A leading multinational technology company is seeking Slovak Technical Support Specialists to provide top-notch support to Slovak-speaking customers. You'll troubleshoot mobile devices, manage customer inquiries, and help build trust with clients. This position requires fluency in Slovak and C1 English. Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Slovak-speaking customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Resolve customers’ online store post-sales requests
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications
  • Fluency both in written and spoken Slovak
  • C1 in English
  • Technical skills
  • Familiar with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Relocation to Greece
  • EU Citizenship
