In this crucial Entry Level role, you will be the first line of support for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting related to their home appliances. Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat

  • Offer information about product features, usage tips, and maintenance guidelines
