Our Client is a leading name in custom home building across the GTA. We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Construction Sales Executive to join our team. This could be your next great opportunity if you have a solid residential construction background and sales talent!

Your Role:

As a Construction Sales Executive, you'll drive the company's business growth. You’ll be responsible for responding to client inquiries, meeting with potential customers and businesses, preparing accurate quotes, and walking them through the sales process. You'll also support our marketing efforts to help the company expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to sales inquiries and meet with clients, architects, and designers to understand their home building needs.
  2. Create detailed quotations and scopes of work, ensuring accuracy and follow-up.
  3. Qualify leads, schedule land assessments, and guide clients through sales.
  4. Assist with marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Maintain client records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  6. Answer client questions related to project budget, scope, payment terms, and products.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. At least 5-10 years of experience in residential construction and home building.
  2. 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the sales process with a customer-centric approach.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  6. Experience with tools like SketchUp and Magic Plan is an advantage.
  7. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

You’ll be a key player in client interactions, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless experience. The role includes in-person and remote interactions, giving you flexibility and variety in your workday.
