We’re looking for a Regional HR Operations Lead for North America to join our growing People team. This role will play a critical part in embedding Tripledot's group HR operations strategy across the region, ensuring that employees across the US and Canada have an excellent experience throughout their time with us.
As part of the Group HR Operations team, you'll work closely with local HR Business Partners, studio leadership, and the wider global People function. You’ll oversee regional compliance, payroll, benefits, and reporting, as well as manage and develop our HR Operations and Payroll team members in the region.
The ideal person for this role will bring a strong background in HR operations, excellent knowledge of North American employment law, and a proactive, people-first mindset. The role can be based in either our Richmond, Texas or Toronto, Ontario offices.
