Human Resources Coordinator jobs in Canada

Sonepar Canada, a family-owned company with global leadership in electrical, industrial, and safety products distribution, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist. The role involves building a pool of qualified candidates, acting as a talent scout, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

The responsibilities include:

1. Managing full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including requisition creation, job postings, ATS management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Collaborating with business leaders to develop recruitment plans and understanding team needs.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with HR and hiring managers.
4. Sourcing candidates through traditional and creative techniques, including social media and networking.
5. Negotiating job offers and coordinating with hiring managers and HR.
6. Improving recruitment processes by analyzing metrics and market trends.

Qualifications include:

1. 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
2. Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
3. Proficiency in social media platforms, job boards, and ATS.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
