A leading professional services firm in Toronto is seeking a Resource Manager to oversee client-facing professionals and manage resource allocation within the Tax practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a client service orientation, and at least 3 years of experience in a professional services environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team focused on aligning client needs with resource capacities.

The Resource Manager has overall responsibility for client facing professionals within their service area, which includes the assignment of resources at all levels. The objective is to align individual career development and preferences with client assignment needs as well as the financial objectives of the business. This role will support our Tax practice and report to the National Tax Resourcing Lead.
