We are currently seeking a Resource Management Senior Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (local only, no remote).

Reporting to : Senior Vice President, Canada Public Sector

NTT DATA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager focused on managing Task Authorizations (TAs) for our Federal Government clients. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, compliant, and effective responses to government-issued TAs, aligning internal resources and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts on assigned accounts.
• Promote NTT DATA’s capabilities to generate new Task Authorizations under existing contracts.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of upcoming Task Authorization opportunities.
• Review, coordinate, and manage responses to TAs and Statements of Work, ensuring compliance, accurate completion of grids, and appropriate resource pricing.
• Manage scope changes in TAs, processing amendments or change requests.
• Collaborate internally to identify suitable resources, define skill gaps, and develop external sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, vendor networks).
• Establish and maintain a network / database of qualified external resources, tracking skills, clearances, availability, and rates.
• Conduct quality reviews and gather feedback on TA deliverables and resources, liaising with internal and client stakeholders.
• Work with leadership and operations to ensure accurate government contract reporting.
• Monitor budgets, utilization, and profitability of TAs, recommending efficiencies and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing TAs, Statements of Work, or similar contracts, preferably within the federal government.
• Proven experience in resource sourcing, networking, and database management.
• Knowledge of Canadian federal government procurement and contracting processes.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
