A leading financial services company located in Mississauga is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver HR services that drive organizational performance. The role requires 6-10 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of HR functions and applicable laws. Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday, are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, while a master’s degree is preferred. Additional responsibilities include partnering with business managers on ER issues and leading HR projects.
