We’re looking for a visionary and strategic creative leader to guide the look, feel, and voice of Whitecaps FC. As Director, Creative & Content, you’ll lead the teams behind our video, content, and photography—bringing campaigns and stories to life across digital, social, broadcast, in-stadium, and beyond.
This is a high-impact role for a dynamic thinker who thrives on turning strategy into show-stopping creative. You’ll collaborate across the club to elevate the brand, connect with fans, and drive business results, all while inspiring a talented team to push creative boundaries.You’ll report to the VP, Marketing and oversee three direct reports as part of an 8-person creatively led team.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is the longest-running professional soccer club in Canada and the United States. Since its inaugural season in 1974, the club has united generations of loyal fans in British Columbia and beyond. With academies in eight out of ten provinces, a network of partner clubs, and hundreds of camps and clinics every year, Whitecaps FC provide a foundation for Canada’s soccer future.
We are also strongly committed to providing opportunities to Canadian athletes, both male and female, with the largest soccer development structure in Canada. This includes academy programs in eight of ten provinces across the country.
