About the role :

Clutch is seeking a Sales Advisor to champion the online used car buying process. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and make a significant impact as we expand across Canada. Help disrupt the traditional, mundane process of buying a car and redefine how used vehicles are sold.

What you'll do :

• Initiate the purchasing process once customers place a deposit on our website and guide them through the transaction, setting expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
• Upsell ancillary products such as extended warranties and rust protection.
• Update customer information and documents in our CRM, verify and generate necessary documents.

All about you :

• 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in handling customer objections is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers.
• Passionate about disrupting and redefining an industry with a drive to succeed.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent sales, communication, and objection-handling skills.
• Must work on-site at our Mississauga facility.
• Available to work weekend shifts.
