Position Title: Senior Manager, Primary Care
ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Primary Care member to join our team. This is a full-time, 35 hrs/week position. The main office location is Beachburg with a requirement to travel to our two other locations, Eganville and Cobden. There will be a combination of remote and in‑person work. This position provides a comprehensive benefit package, including Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). ConnectWell Community Health is a fully accredited organization providing health and community programs and is a HOOPP employer.
The Senior Manager, Primary Care will provide leadership across our Community Health Centres in Renfrew County. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader who is passionate about interprofessional care, people leadership, and equitable health outcomes in community‑based settings.
The successful candidate will report to the Director, Community Health Centres.
