JOB DESCRIPTION
Midland Transport is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator - Atlantic to be based at our Moncton Refrigerated DC in NB. The successful candidate will be supporting the sales team with requests relating to specific accounts, opportunities or any activities that require assistance as well as ensuring positive contributions are made to the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide ongoing sales support to Account Managers & customers to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Engage in customer onboarding, pricing proposals, and resolution
• Submit request for information (RFI's) when new tenders are sent from the customers
• Provide support and insights to freight visibility and BCP teams
• Liaison between pricing & sales to complete contract renewals in timely fashion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Required: High School or Trade Certification/College Diploma
• Experience required: 0 to 2 years of business-related experience (preferably in transportation)
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
• Capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of accuracy
