- Develop and set objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments within the company, such as sales, customer service, and operations
- Allocate material and human resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish administrative controls to monitor and manage the company’s records, and approve promotions to attract and retain clients
- Overall personnel planning, including hiring, training, and development
- Coordinate the work of different regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operation across the company
- Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations
- Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
- Education: A college diploma or other discipline related to the service provided is required
