Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in an operational role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress.
• Maintain contract with select subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Assist the project manager and superintendent in managing project performance.
