Job summary

A healthcare facility is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a relevant degree, and experience in project management within a healthcare or construction setting. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing documentation, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience considered an asset.
• PMP certification or CAPM program completion is an asset.
• Understanding of construction contract law is advantageous.
• Demonstrated knowledge in planning, design, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and planning meetings.
• Provides technical and administrative support to the Project Manager.
• Maintains relationships among all stakeholders and contractors.
• Assists in the development and issuance of RFPs and procurements.
• Supports the Project Manager with contractor orientation and meetings.
• Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date.
