The role involves designing Sisense dashboards, collaborating with various teams to ensure product and operational alignment, and promoting data governance standards. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics and must be bilingual in French and English. Job Description
As the Business Intelligence & Product Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare and operational data into insights that fuel product innovation, client success, and organizational growth.
You will work directly with MEDFAR’s cofounders (CEO and CPTO) and collaborate with leaders across Product, Systems, Finance, Sales, and Onboarding to ensure that every decision from product design to client billing is informed by accurate, timely, and actionable data.
Your mission is to architect the next generation of Sisense dashboards that power both customer-facing analytics and internal operational intelligence. You will synthesize complex data sources, uncover user and business trends, and deliver insights that strengthen product adoption, optimize client operations, and enhance revenue reporting accuracy.
You’ll have the support of MEDFAR’s Data Governance team, including a dedicated data engineer, as you help shape a unified analytics environment that’s more powerful, intuitive, and impactful.
With offices around the world, fluency in both French and English is a must at MEDFAR. Because of the need to communicate with colleagues and/or customers in other provinces or countries, bilingualism enables us to communicate in both languages while promoting the use of French.
At MEDFAR, we value diversity, equity and inclusion within our team. We are committed to providing a work environment where every individual feels respected and supported, regardless of their background, identity or abilities. As part of our commitment to a fair and inclusive recruitment process, we offer accommodation to candidates who request it. If you need accommodation during your interview, please let us know so that we can provide you with an adapted experience.
