Personal Trainer - Sales Manager
Job summary
A recognized fitness brand in the Niagara Region seeks a Personal Trainer Sales Manager to actively generate personal training revenue and manage the Personal Training Department. Responsibilities include conducting consultations to encourage new clients, selling personal training contracts, and reporting monthly sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in a health club, and must possess a nationally recognized personal training certification. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dedicated fitness environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales is required.
- Experience in a health club or as a sales manager is preferred.
- Obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Personal Training Department.
- Conduct fitness consultations for prospective clients.
- Sell personal training contracts.
- Report monthly sales and feedback to management.
- Perform other assigned duties.
