Job summary
A governmental organization is seeking individuals for a customer service role in Saint-Félix-de-Valois, Canada. The position involves addressing customers' concerns, handling payments, and providing exemplary service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Candidates must possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have strong communication skills. Experience is an asset, and work will be on-site only. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of computer and technology.
Responsibilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Present bills to customers and accept various payment methods.
- Balance cash and record sales.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Serve food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
