TESC is seeking a visionary Vice President, Sales and Business Development to lead the company’s next phase of strategic growth. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, you will set and execute a bold, evidence-based roadmap that expands our market presence, drives revenue, and positions TESC as the go‑to partner in industrial, construction and emerging sectors.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially astute, forward-thinking leader who can integrate strategy, sales, marketing, and operations—ensuring growth initiatives translate into successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead enterprise-level sales and business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Identify and pursue new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities across industrial, construction, and ICI sectors
  • Establish disciplined, repeatable business development and proposal processes
  • Align sales, marketing, estimating, and operations to support successful project delivery
  • Lead major pursuits, client relationships, and strategic negotiations
  • Provide market intelligence to inform five and ten-year growth planning
  • Contribute as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team

  • A strategic, results-oriented leader with fifteen plus (15+) years of progressive sales or business development experience, including senior leadership
  • Experienced in construction, industrial, or emerging sectors, with a proven track record of driving growth
  • A confident communicator and influencer, able to align diverse stakeholders and inspire teams
  • Results-driven, data-informed, and comfortable leading organization-wide initiatives
  • Energized by building frameworks, seizing opportunities, and delivering measurable impact relationships
