The primary role of the MDS Regional Market Access & Value Demonstration Manager is to develop a regional Access strategy and support its implementation at country level that will enable access for every patient that may a MDS solution.

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed medication management.
- Develops a regional Access strategy
- Partners with Regional Marketing and Medical Affairs to build and articulate economical evidence
- Develops segmentation models based on insurers' reimbursement models
- Develops evidence compendia aimed at addressing insurers' pains
- Prioritize insurers based on size and payment pathways
- Identify financial stakeholders and their pains
- Enable the execution of the strategy
- Overlooks price lists definition and maintenance on CPQ
- Monitor escalation rules
- Studies : Marketing, Administration, Economics, Business, Engineering, Medical.
- Specialization in health economics a plus.
- Language : Fluent English (written / oral) a must.
- Spanish / Portuguese a plus.
- Previous Experience : HEOR / Access required.
- Pharma a plus.
- Tools : Salesforce / CPQ a plus
