Job Description Summary

The primary role of the MDS Regional Market Access & Value Demonstration Manager is to develop a regional Access strategy and support its implementation at country level that will enable access for every patient that may a MDS solution.

Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed medication management.

Activities :
  • Develops a regional Access strategy
  • Partners with Regional Marketing and Medical Affairs to build and articulate economical evidence
  • Develops segmentation models based on insurers' reimbursement models
  • Develops evidence compendia aimed at addressing insurers' pains
Partners with Country BU teams to :
  • Prioritize insurers based on size and payment pathways
  • Identify financial stakeholders and their pains
  • Enable the execution of the strategy
Supports Pricing Strategy and Execution
  • Overlooks price lists definition and maintenance on CPQ
  • Monitor escalation rules
Requirements :
  • Studies : Marketing, Administration, Economics, Business, Engineering, Medical.
  • Specialization in health economics a plus.
  • Language : Fluent English (written / oral) a must.
  • Spanish / Portuguese a plus.
  • Previous Experience : HEOR / Access required.
  • Pharma a plus.
  • Tools : Salesforce / CPQ a plus
