Qualificações

Your Role
  • Manage and lead distributor relationships across all assigned Latin American countries.
  • Drive sales effectiveness, dealer management, and contract negotiation with local distributors.
  • Set and enforce revenue and performance targets for distributors in each country.
  • Implement and monitor new sales strategies, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Provide regular training programs to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent usage of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce - SFDC) to manage pipeline and lead quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in each market.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and lead generation plans to ensure a healthy funnel of opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPI systems for performance tracking and reporting.
Who you are :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or distributor management within Latin America.
  • Strong knowledge of the Automotive, Industrial Coatings, Plastics, Printing, or Cosmetics markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multicultural teams and navigate diverse business cultures across Latin America.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), is required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the region (up to 50%).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
