A leading lifestyle and concierge services provider is looking for a Regional Director for Latin America, responsible for P&L management and team leadership across multiple countries in Brazil and South America. Candidates should have senior leadership experience in multi-country settings, fluency in Portuguese and preferably Spanish, and a proven track record in driving client relationships and business development. As Regional Director – Latin America (LAC), you’ll lead one of Ten’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions, with a focus on operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking South America. You’ll be accountable for the region’s full performance - from P&L and operational delivery to service excellence and client relationships - guiding a senior leadership team across multiple countries and cultures.

The role
You’ll be accountable for delivering the company’s key performance objectives in the LAC region - leading teams across multiple countries, balancing global frameworks with local market realities, and ensuring world-class service delivery. You’ll partner closely with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People teams to capture growth opportunities and strengthen client partnerships across established and emerging markets.
