Regional Sales Manager | Cutting Tools | – Vinhedo – São Paulo

Vinhedo – São Paulo (on-site), BRASIL
Responsibilities
- Market Development & Channel Management
- Conduct in-depth market research on the cutting tool industry in Brazil.
- Identify and establish new distributor and agent channels.
- Maintain and expand existing channel networks to effectively reach end-users.
- Customer Service & Solutions
- Provide comprehensive customer support, managing inquiries and collecting feedback.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend competitive product alternatives.
- Develop customized machining solutions for end-users.
- Product Testing & Order Management
- Coordinate and oversee customer product testing processes.
- Collaborate with the R&D team by conveying test results to drive continuous product improvements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of orders from initiation to delivery.
- Reporting & Strategic Advisory
- Submit reports periodically detailing progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Offer constructive feedback and strategic recommendations to support company growth.
- After-Sales Support
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated professional experience in sales or technical roles within the Cutting Tools or Machining Industry.
- Professional working proficiency (native or equivalent fluency) in Portuguese is mandatory. Business fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required for effective communication with international teams.
- Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior professional experience with a major, internationally recognized cutting tool manufacturer.
- Technical understanding and knowledge of CNC Machine Programming or advanced machining processes.
- Established professional network and proven track record of project collaboration with large local manufacturers in the Brazilian market.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a competitive compensation package that complies fully with all Brazilian labor laws, including:
- Competitive Base Salary: Commensurate with experience and local market standards (paid in BRL).
- Attractive Variable Compensation: Performance-based commission/bonus structure tied to sales targets.
