A leading automotive manufacturer in Mogi Mirim, Brazil is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR functions, implement hiring and employee engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR with leadership experience. This role emphasizes team management and driving people engagement in a manufacturing environment.

Position: HR Manager
Reports to: Executive HR Director
Scope:
At our plant in Mogi Mirim, Brazil we develop and manufacture shock absorbers for light and heavy vehicles for the main car manufacturers in Brazil. The plant has about 950 employees. The HR Manager will oversee a team of 5-6 HR specialists/Generalist. This role will report to the Executive HR Director, and Plant Manager
Purpose:
The HR manager is a critical component of a successful plant management team. With a thorough understanding of the site’s operations, productivity target, processes/systems, and safety requirements, you ensure integration and alignment of people & strategic goals.
